TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Learning and Development (L&D) Intern! This internship opportunity is ideal for a student interested in the adult learning industry. The L&D intern will be responsible for assisting with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, course development, and documentation. This role will provide hands-on experience that will enhance communication, organization, and presentation skills.

• Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including user management, course uploads, and troubleshooting.
• Support documentation efforts related to training materials, procedures, and policies.
• Contribute to course development activities, such as content creation, storyboarding, and quality assurance.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned, which may include data entry, meeting coordination, and research.

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate Degree program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience with LMS administration or course development is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong internet research skills
• Ability to conduct interviews with experts
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Premier, etc.)
• Familiarity with multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.)
