• Data Reporting: Utilize Power BI to create various reports, analyze business performance and providing actionable insights to help guide decision-making processes.
• Process Automation: Identify processes currently managed manually and develop automation solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Travel Expense Administrator: Conduct audits of travel expenses and manage the reimbursement process from customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
• Project Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project issues and progress, providing support to ensure timely and successful project deliveries.
• Fleet Vehicle Management Support: Support the management of the company’s fleet vehicles, including maintenance scheduling, usage monitoring, and cost management.

• Must be pursuing bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Interest and aptitude in process automation and improving operational efficiencies.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
