This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who are passionate about IT infrastructure and eager to gain hands-on experience in system upgrades, network security, and automation development. • System Upgrade Support: Assist in planning and implementing system upgrades to ensure our IT infrastructure remains cutting-edge and efficient.
• Help Desk and Desktop Support: Support our end users, troubleshoot hardware and software, assist our IT team with laptop reimaging and IT asset management efforts.
• Automation Development Support: Contribute to the development of automation scripts and tools to streamline IT operations and reduce manual intervention.

• Must be currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A foundational understanding of IT systems, network configurations, and security principles.
• Experience with or interest in learning about system administration, network security, and IT automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
