TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the recruitment process and eager to learn the ins and outs of attracting and hiring top talent. The Recruiter Intern will play a crucial role in posting job vacancies, managing applications, and enhancing our employer brand. Responsibilities

  • Job Posting and Management: Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Ensure that all listings are up-to-date and accurately reflect the positions available.
  • Resume Collection and Screening: Collect resumes from applicants and forward potential candidates to recruiters for further evaluation. Load resumes into the iCIMS recruitment system, maintaining an organized database of applicants.
  • Social Media Engagement: Actively post job openings and promote our employer brand on relevant social media groups and platforms, reaching a broader audience of potential candidates.
  • Employee Referral Follow-up: Engage with employee referrals by following up promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate experience and leveraging existing employees’ networks.
  • Employer Brand Promotion: Continuously promote our employer brand throughout the recruitment process to attract high-quality candidates and establish our company as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree program.
  • A strong interest in recruitment and human resources management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software, particularly iCIMS, is a plus.
  • Active user of social media with an understanding of how to leverage it for professional purposes.
