Overview

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with entry-level HR tasks. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a bachelor’s program and has a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.

Role: HR Intern

Start: June 1st, 2025

Location: Remote or Hybrid

Duration: 2 months

Pay: Unpaid Internship

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Assist in preparing and organizing new hire paperwork, coordinating new employee orientations, and managing the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee personnel files in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and current records.
  • Verifications of Employment: Handle employment verification requests, including preparing necessary documents and responding to external inquiries.
  • New Hire Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for new employees, helping them navigate their onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide support with general administrative duties such as managing mail, scanning documents, and assisting with HR-related correspondence.
  • HR Special Projects: Collaborate with the HR team on special projects that may include research, data analysis, or policy development.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  •  Strong organizational and communication skills.
  •  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  •  Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus, but not required.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
