As the Head of Deployment, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of TeleWorld Solutions’ deployment projects across wireless, fiber, and cable infrastructure. This senior leadership role demands exceptional industry acumen, a proven track record of scaling deployment operations, and deep-rooted relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 mobile carriers and cable providers. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding the company's fiber initiatives and driving growth across all verticals.

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee large-scale deployment projects, including wireless, fiber-optic, and cable networks, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client objectives.
• Client Engagement: Leverage existing relationships with Tier-1/2 mobile carriers (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and cable providers (e.g., Comcast, Charter) to drive new business opportunities and deepen partnerships.
• Fiber Business Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand TeleWorld Solutions’ fiber deployment capabilities, aligning with the growing demand for high-speed connectivity and broadband services.
• Operational Excellence: Build and manage high-performing deployment teams, implement efficient workflows, and optimize resource allocation to achieve cost and quality objectives.
• Growth Initiatives: Partner with the executive leadership team to identify growth opportunities, establish new market segments, and scale operations in alignment with company goals.
• Innovation and Technology: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies, integrating innovative solutions into deployment operations to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure all deployments meet regulatory requirements and maintain strict adherence to safety standards.

• Industry Expertise: 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a strong focus on network deployments for mobile and cable carriers.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Relationships and Influence: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders at Tier-1 and Tier-2 carriers.
• Fiber Deployment Proficiency: Deep understanding of fiber deployment, including FTTH, FTTx, and broadband infrastructure, with experience scaling fiber businesses.
• Leadership and Management: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align deployment strategies with overall business growth objectives, identify new revenue streams, and drive profitability.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with RF engineering, network architecture, and emerging technologies such as 5G and fiber-optic advancements.
