TeleWorld Solutions is seeking an experienced RF Engineering Technical Trainer to develop and deliver hands-on and classroom-based training programs for Radio Frequency (RF) engineers working across 4G LTE, 5G NR, and emerging wireless technologies. This role requires a deep technical background in RF design, optimization, and integration, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging way. The ideal candidate has worked in real-world deployment environments, understands network KPIs, and has used field tools and OSS platforms.

• Design and deliver training programs on RF engineering topics including:

• RF fundamentals, propagation, and planning
• LTE/5G RAN design, parameter tuning, and optimization
• Drive testing methodologies and post-processing tools
• Site shakedown, integration, and commissioning

• Conduct hands-on technical labs, simulations, and field demonstrations
• Train new engineers on OEM-specific equipment (Samsung, Ericsson, Nokia)
• Develop training content including manuals, presentations, labs, and assessments
• Customize training based on audience (entry-level vs. experienced engineers)
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback and certification
• Stay up to date on industry tools, standards (3GPP), and best practices
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align training with active deployments and current needs
• Support onboarding of new hires and continuous upskilling of existing teams
• Provide occasional field support or audits to reinforce training outcomes

• 5–10 years of experience in RF Engineering (LTE/5G preferred)
• Hands-on experience with RF planning and optimization tools (Atoll, Planet, Actix, TEMS, XCAL, QXDM)
• Strong understanding of wireless standards (3GPP), network KPIs, and RAN architecture
• Experience with site integration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
• Ability to explain RF concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Previous experience mentoring or training field engineers is a plus
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and online LMS platforms

Preferred Certifications:

• OEM training certifications (Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung)
• Technical training certifications (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, Train the Trainer)
• RF Safety / OSHA 10 / CPR preferred

Travel Requirements:

• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% depending on training location or field visits
