TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Procurement Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, supplier management, and strategic sourcing. The intern will work closely with our procurement team to support various projects and initiatives.

Location: Chantilly, VA

• Assist in the procurement of goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Support the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Participate in supplier audits and assessments.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.

• High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus but not required.
