TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our team. The Reporting Analyst turns raw network, OSS/BSS, and financial data into actionable insight for engineering, operations, and executive teams. You will build recurring dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and automated alerting that highlight service-quality trends, customer-impacting events, and revenue opportunities across wireless (4G/5G), fiber, and fixed-wireless lines of business.

• Use SAP ERP and OneVizion project management system to analyze data, and create and publish reports to support Supply Chain Operations
• Use Alteryx and similar tools to merge data from multiple sources to create new reports
• Collaborate with Samsung construction management and third-party vendors to validate site-specific inventory data

• High school diploma
• 3+ years working in Supply Chain Management
• Must have Excel expertise
• Must have a strong understanding of relational database structures
• Must have a strong understanding of Supply Chain concepts and business processes
• Must have experience analyzing supply chain data, and defining and developing Supply Chain reports
• Experience developing dashboard style reports is desired
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP desired
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx or similar reporting tools desired
