• Provide basic support to multi-functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi-technology wireless network deployment across customer markets.
• On-Site Field Support, technical work, installations, testing, and troubleshooting
• Install, Integrate and commission Samsung equipment to Samsung standards.
• Install, Commission and integrate Cisco CSR routers to manufacturer's and Samsung specifications.
• Support troubleshooting of all T-1, ATM backbone, microwave backhaul transmission methodology.
• Support RMA process tracking and documentation for MMBS equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on 5G network deployment and maintenance.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting 5G network equipment and technologies.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, wireless communications, and RF principles.
• Familiarity with testing tools and equipment used in telecommunications (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various work sites as required.
