TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Senior RAN Analytics & BI Architect to join our team! As a BI Consultant, Analyst, and Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for driving innovation with stakeholders by developing and promoting modern data analytics and visualization techniques and concepts using Tableau and other BI platforms.

You will be responsible for creating actionable business intelligence dashboards that lead to improvement in data-driven decision making. You are also expected to have an eye for user experience (UX) and interface (UI) design and integrating AI-driven insights into business reporting and analysis.

You will automate reports and dashboard creation. You will be responsible for tracking project status and deliverables and provide updates to all stakeholders. You will be responsible for contributing to the advancement of business intelligence and data analytics principles across the Engineering Services teams and the Networks Division.

• Create actionable business intelligence dashboards that lead to improvement in processes and hardware and software products.
• Create Wireless Network RAN KPI (Radio Access Network key performance indicators) dashboards and supporting data sources (configuration and fault management) such that it improves team efficiency in monitoring and measuring network performance.
• Analyze data using tools such as Tableau, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, and Python/R by automating reports or analysis that led to actionable business insights.
• Apply UX/UI best practices to enhance dashboard usability, accessibility, and user engagement.
• Develop prototypes, wireframes, or mockups to facilitate user-centric dashboard design.
• Develop, design, and maintain interactive Tableau analytics dashboards that promote self-service analytics.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI and Databricks AI/BI tools is expected.
• Leverage AI and machine learning models (via tools like Databricks or Python) to augment BI dashboards with automated insights.
• Utilize various Tableau functionalities like Tableau Extracts, Parameters, Context Filters, Data Source Filters, Actions, Charts, Trends, Forecasting, Clustering, Sets, Groups, Table/LOD Calculations, Maps, etc. to create advanced reports and executive dashboards.
• Create map visualizations by utilizing Tableau geospatial and mapping features.
• Develop and promote automation through the use of email or scheduled reports.
• Write complex, efficient SQL queries and stored procedures that will assist in preparing various data sources for use in Tableau and other BI platforms.
• Query data and merge information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets that enable better decision-making.
• Develop data pipelines using Delta Live tables on Databricks to load and transform data for optimal data movement to meet the balance between compute and efficiency.
• Create and maintain DLT and Tableau extracts where necessary
• Participate in data governance and data quality initiatives. Document dashboard functionality, logic, and maintenance procedures.
• Work with various business teams to gather and understand report and dashboard requirements.
• Use agile methodologies, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver high-quality products and services to our internal and external customers.
• Track project status and deliverables and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.
• Provide training, support, mentorship, and documentation for end-users to maximize adoption of BI tools. Plan and organize demos and product testing.
• Support ongoing technology evaluation processes and proof-of-concept projects. Stay current with BI and data visualization trends, tools, and AI technologies.

• Tableau Desktop Specialist certification is required. Tableau Certified Data Analyst certification preferred. Tableau Server Administrator certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in using Tableau in a corporate environment and developing complex dashboards and visualization. Experience in Tableau Prep is preferred.
• 2+ years of Experience using AWS and Databricks required
• 3+ years of Spark SQL, SQL, Python experience is required
• 3+ years of Power BI experience is a strong plus. Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) is a strong plus.
• 3+ years of Alteryx experience and Alteryx Designer Expert certification is a plus.
• Databricks AI/BI experience and dashboard development is a strong plus.
• Knowledge in statistical concepts is preferred.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles for data visualization, including layout, wireframes, color theory, typography, and user workflows. Strong business analyst and requirements gathering experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge and expertise in creating custom SQL queries is required. Ability to write complicated, efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources.
• Complete understanding of the processes of data quality, data cleansing, and data transformation.
• Ability to understand and analyze the data to find patterns and valuable business insights. Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and impactful manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they apply to business intelligence. Exposure to LLM-based tools within BI tools is a plus.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and automation of Business Intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and design consistency.
• Telecommunications industry background is a plus. Experience with wireless infrastructure providers and/or operators is desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills via prior work experience.
• Must have a strong work ethic and integrity and work extremely well in a team environment
• Excellent people and project management skills. Successful record of accomplishment defining direction and providing specific instruction for engineering projects/programs leveraging personal knowledge and organizational skills to increase team efficiency, facilitate personal development, and mentor colleagues.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum is preferred. Agile certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advance skills in Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions: The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
